Pennymac will update Conventional & Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, August 30 2023 as follows:
- Update values for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ LLPA on the ‘Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid
- Introduce new ‘Investment’ LLPA to the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid
- Update value for the ‘Cash-Out FICO 660-679’ LLPA on the ‘VA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
