Effective Friday, August 11, 2023, Pennymac will introduce new Base pricing grids for the following loan amounts:
- Loan amounts between $250,000 and $275,000.
- Loan amounts between $275,000 and $300,000.
- Loan amounts above $300,000.
These new Base pricing grids will be added to the following products:

- FHLMC 25/30Yr Fixed
- FHLMC 15Yr Fixed
- FNMA NOO 25/30Yr Fixed
- FNMA NOO 15Yr Fixed
