Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, September 13 2023 as follows:
- Introduce new ‘Investment Property’ LLPA to the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
