Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, September 15, 2023 as follows:
- Replace ‘Purchase Special’ LLPA Grid with new ‘Area Median Income Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
- New ‘Area Median Income Adjustments’ LLPA Grid applies to Purchase Primary Residence transactions.
