Effective with loans delivered for purchase on or after November 13, 2023, Pennymac will require that the IRS Form 4506-C, Section 5a (IVES participant name, ID number, SOR mailbox ID, and address), be prepared in the name of either CoreLogic or DataVerify.
Pennymac will continue to accept 4506-C forms that may not meet this new requirement prior to November 13, 2023, however, loans delivered after without the correct IVES participant will be conditioned for an updated 4506-C prior to purchase.
