Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, September 13, 2023 as follows:
- Update values for the ‘Investment’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
