Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, May 02, 2024 as follows:
- Improve values for the ‘Investment Property’ LLPA on the ‘Occupancy Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
