Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, December 14, 2023 as follows:
- Improving values for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
- Updating footnote for the “2nd Home Additional’ & ‘Investment Additional’ LLPAs.
