Pennymac will update Conventional & Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, October 24, 2023 as follows:
- Improving values for the ‘Investment Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
- Updating the applicable States in the ‘Government State Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
