Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, September 21, 2023 as follows:
- Update values on the ‘Risk Based Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
- Update values for the ‘Purchase’ LLPA on the ‘Loan Purpose Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
