23-36: Updates to Government LLPAs

Pennymac will update Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, May 23, 2023 as follows:

  • Introduce new ‘VA Manual U/W FICO >= 660’ LLPA to the ‘VA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
  • Introduce new ‘VA Manual U/W FICO < 660’ LLPA to the ‘VA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
