Currently, all Non-Delegated conventional loans qualifying with self-employed borrower income have LTV/CLTV limitations that differ from the standard conventional LTV/CLTVs.

Effective immediately, PennyMac has retired the LTV/CLTV overlay for self-employed borrowers.
