Effective March 6, 2019, PennyMac will expire the “Purchase Special” on the Conventional and Government LLPA tabs of the Best Efforts and AOT/DT rate sheets.
Reminder: For locks prior to March 6, 2019, loans must be delivered by March 17, 2019 in order to receive the “Purchase Special”. For AOT trades, the “Purchase Special” LLPA will only be applicable to loans delivered by March 17, 2019 and March delivery.
