Pennymac will be restructuring its Best Efforts rate sheet effective Monday, March 20, 2023. The changes will be as follows:
- Enhancing the “Govt LLPAs” tab
- Restructuring the “SRP - FHA” and “SRP – USDA” tabs.
- Removing the “SRP – VA” tab
- Adding new “SRP – VA with Impounds” tab
- Adding new “SRP – VA without Impounds” tab
The new Government LLPA and SRP tabs will be included in the Excel Rate Sheet beginning March 9, before the effective date, for the purpose of communicating the new grids and format.
