Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, April 17, 2023 as follows:

  • Improve the ‘Purchase Special’ LLPA value.
  • Update footnote for ‘Purchase Special’ LLPA.
