PennyMac will be improving pricing by 50 basis points on the ‘Approve/Ineligible, >=720, >625,000’ LLPA in the Conventional High Balance Mortgage Loans grid effective for all Best Effort commitments taken on or after Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
